Haas Estimating and Consulting Services can prepare an complete pre-bid budgets utilizing complete takeoffs and pricing from either R.S. Means or historical cost data. This will help understand where your estimate is going prior to bid day and help strategize where you want to be way before the bid deadline. It will also help prevent major bust since you can compare bids you receive on bid day to your pre-bid budget.
