Competition

Introduction

Roles within the race mechanics, garage technicians and race team support (RTS) groups collectively constitute the Competition department and provide operational support to the core function of the business. This includes the assembly, preparation and running of the cars, associated equipment and the environment in which they operate.  This department is located at our operating base in Banbury, Oxfordshire and deploys team members around the world to test and race events as well as providing support through the factory-based team.
